“Excellent food and drinks, great service, and atmosphere. It is expensive, but definitely an enjoyable experience. Selection of craft beers rotates, and usually includes some really good options. The menu is slightly limited in options, would recommend reviewing it prior to going, so you know if there is something there you would like to eat. But everything on the menu we have tried is delicious. Can be crowded on the weekends and during nice weather. Not a huge selection of liquor, but has all of the standard options (I would have loved an 18 year old Speyside Scotch to go with my dinner, had to settle on a martini instead).Kid-friendliness: I would say this is not a kid friendly location. I have seen kids, but the vibe is more "adult" and classy. Think "place I would take a date that has low lights and conversations over drinks where we share a dessert."”

“We love coming to Nagoya. Everything we have ordered tastes immaculate. Some of our favorites are the pork gyoza, crab cheese cake, yummy roll, and the lion king roll. Service is always great and the vibe is always low key. We can't wait to come back to try new items!”

“We do not consume food. But, just drinks. There are many drink options, many different drinks. Flavor mixes. The guys who serve are very attentive and speak a little Portuguese. A place worth visiting. I highly recommend it.”

“Our food was so salty we had to complain. The server said "yeah, the smoked fish is really salty" and we were not charged for the meal. The crab cakes were delicious. The mayo was just a standard chipotle type mayo and the picked celery was great!! They will get a second try.”

“Been here several times and each time is always as great as the last. I am a little sad however that the deviled eggs are no longer since that’s what pulled me into this restaurant the first time. “The culinary experience at Leeway Franks was top notch so we decided to try the butcher side. Meat was fantastic and would put up against any meat you’d find elsewhere.”

“Omg - first time here. I had the salmon sandwich with sweet potato fries and hubby had steak frites - all excellent! I had an espresso martini (fabulous) and hubby had gin and tonic which he said was excellent. I appreciate that this restaurant has lots of gluten free selections as my granddaughter has celiac disease. Our server Lucas was attentive but not intrusive.”

“We love this place! The food is always excellent, the staff friendly, the prices reasonable, and the atmosphere welcoming. Please note, the food is Cajun style, lots of spice, butter, and flavor.... If you don't like spice, take note... Personally, our family loves it and we highly recommend them!”

“Great pizza. The only issue is that they take reservations, really? Pizza places shouldn’t do that.We had no idea about reservations but the staff were accommodating and friendly getting us a table.Bottom line; great Neapolitan style pizza!”

“We have had great meals there in the past. Recently we met friends there for "Happy Hour" for the first time. Their HH menu had great options at reduced prices - very reasonable. It is a very nice environment with a friendly atmosphere and the service was perfect. Highly recommended.”

I rarely get lunch out, but their location is so convenient from my office that on a snowy day, I have no choice but to get a grilled cheese and tomato soup from them instead of eating what I brought from home! Their truffle fries are AMAZING and my team's work week always ends best when it ends with happy hour with Hailey!”

“My family and I had a great experience here. This was our first visit since they moved from their little spot on 9th St. The food was great and the service was great. I will say that the Chicken Alfredo was my favorite. Due to the real cheeses they used, it was flavorful until the last bite. The meal comes with garlic bread, so you don’t need to order the appetizer of them unless you really REALLY like garlic bread that much.”

“Had an amazing time with a party of 10 for my sons 21st surprise birthday. Staff and management were amazing with their service and even allowed us to bring in our own ice cream Bday cake. We had food from salads to burgers to chicken marsala. All the food was delicious. Great cook to order burgers with yummy fries. We had cocktails, beer and even a free birthday shot for my son. Everything was great. Give it a try!”

“10/10!!! We stay here every chance we get. My hunny and I travel for work. We are in a different state every weekend and by far and I mean far we love love this location! If you can.. please give them a stay. Awesome people and clean facility and rooms! Also the bar is very accommodating. They allow you to bring your bar glasses to the room if you prefer!! “Love that they have vegan options here and can clearly communicate what they are. Good margs and a laid back atmosphere that's pleasant with good food from my experiences. My only criticism would be that if you go after 8pm, sometimes I feel a bit rushed to order and eat.Vegetarian options: A Beyond Beef base menu that can be made into a lot of different dishes.”

“The sports coverage was blaringly loud when we went in, so that made casual conversation more challenging. But hit up the half-price burgers on Wednesdays! And get the sweet potato fries because they are some of the best I've ever had.Vegetarian options: The burgers are offered with a black bean patty instead of meat, and there are yummy salads and a number of other vegetarian options available.Parking: It's a restaurant in downtown Lawrence on Massachusetts Street, so limited parking is a given.Kid-friendliness: It wouldn't be my first choice for kids but they do have items for kids on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking may be difficult to find but the entrance to the restaurant, the table area, and the restrooms all seem accessible.”

“While I gave this establishment a 5 star rating I do need to mention one thing… the manager is a sweetheart and he really cares about his employees and their interests. I would go to fat shack exclusively is my health didn’t deny me that option. Fat Shack is like if McDonalds and Gordon Ramsay did a collaboration. I can’t speak to the merit of the employees enough, top notch staff, great chocolate shakes with Oreos mixed in.”
