Hidden gem in a gas station here in Lawrence. Their secret is their sauce. I'd suggest picking it up. Don't know why, but ordering from door dash from here the food is always ice cold and they themselves don't deliver.Vegetarian options: Spinach Stromboli is very good!

Sbarro's is absolutely one of my favorite pizza places to go to. Me and my Dad have eaten Sbarro's pizza many times. And I tell you, the pizza is outstanding and scrumptious! It's now basically our go-to place to have lunch or dinner. Totally beats the other pizza places here in Lawrence! ???

This pizza has become my new addiction!!! I feel like ‘m eating a slice real NY style pizza!! It’s always perfect!! Service is fast and friendly!! Today, James waited on me and he was phenomenal!! Best service I’ve had yet! With all these great attributes it is also incredibly affordable for lunch!!

I bought a Stromboli and a slice of cheese pizza. I couldn’t even eat the Stromboli because it tasted so gross and the cheese was chunky and lukewarm. The pizza was also barely warm and the dough not quite done. I remember having Sbarro in the Topeka Westridge mall growing up, it was so amazing and better than any pizza I’ve ever had. The sbarro now I’m not sure what happened but it definitely declined and is nowhere near the same. Now I’m sick to my stomach and hope I don’t puke.

I ordered an XL Combo pizza. Told it would take 10 minutes. While waiting, got myself a drink and a couple of other things. Came back and sat at a table and waited. After about 10 minutes, the manager (?) came out to confirm that I didn't want peppers on my pizza. Then I waited for at least another 15-20 minutes before I got my pizza. Got home and started eating it and it was barely cooked. There were patches on the bottom of the crust that were raw. The toppings weren't even warm. Called to get a refund and got an employee. Told them I wanted to speak to a manager, and she said ok and stayed on the line. I explained my problem. She took it as I was placing another order. I said no I have a problem with my order and want a refund. She said ok and hung up.

I did not go to this store to buy pizza but the sight and smell was alluring. I ordered a slice and a calzone to go. Great decision. This pizza and calzone were yummy!Since I got a lot of food, I saved the calzone for lunch the next day and it was just as delicious as it was fresh out of the Sbarro's oven. In fact, I liked the calzone better than I did the pizza. Both items were loaded with fresh ingredients and tasted garden-fresh. The dough was just right and not too much. Sometimes pizzas are mostly dough and take away from the ingredients but not in this case.Ordering was easy and everything was hot and fresh. The clerk was friendly and professional which is always a plus and a rarity these days. The prices were great and your money goes a long way here. The shop was easily accessible inside the Kwik Shop convenience store. There is plenty of parking outside this spacious store. Sbarros is located right by a Burger King and there are a few tables if you want to dine in. All in all... a great experience. Good, fresh pizza at a reasonable price.

I have never met such rude managers as dennis and joyce. they do not seem to care about us customers at all and are extremely rude and unprofessional towards customers
New York Pizza in Kansas! I was born and raised in Boston and I love a good east coast slice. Give them some leniency being crammed in a gas station with mobile orders to attend to. Tastes like home and there is no comparison to what you call pizza in the midwest. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is my high standards but everyone needs to try this place. If you have never been to New York then this is as close as it gets.

So, this was the first time I’ve ever received an undercooked pizza. The dough was definitely still raw and I could separate the cheese in one whole piece. I had to put it in the oven to cook it more. 0 out of 10, would not recommend. There are better gas station pizza you can choose from in town.

Let me first start off by saying I have not eaten at this Sbarro, so I cannot comment on this specific location's service. This is Sbarro people. it's a chain store that's comparable to fazolis so if you're looking for an actual New York style pie, you might be better off getting it elsewhere, or when pizza hut offers their XL NY style pizza (which imo is better than or close to what you could expect at Sbarro). It's Michael Scott's fave NY slice! What does that tell you... New Yorkers don't even eat at Sbarro.
