I ordered delivery via DoorDash this afternoon. I had a rough night with my toddler and I really needed this (in a first world kinda way, of course). I didn’t receive my coffee by accident, it was left out of the bag when the Dasher picked it up. Not only did DoorDash credit me more than what the item cost, a Starbucks employee wrote me a sweet note and gave me a little gift card when I reordered. Just love all the employees because they r all so inviting to the store. So, far my favorite Starbucks in Lawrence. Genesis is the most wonderful employee that I have interacted with.
