Normally it's not super busy but tonight for some reason it took an extra 20 minutes for my meal and then they forgot the fries. Everyone there seemed pretty irritated with the service.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
Not only did we get to the place and our reservation was not at all in their system and we had to wait, but it took quite a while for the food to be ready. Slow service. Overall not such a good experience with them.

Went for a simple dinner and drinks with friends. There was a decent dinner rush we came in towards the end of on a Saturday evening at 730 but no wait.
