Unfortunately the lady helping the guy taking my ordered looked extremely annoyed and like she hated her job. Ordered a sandwich and got a completely different one than the one I ordered. I had to get to work so I was unable to return it.

Panera's repertoire of classics and new specials never cease to amaze me! We stopped tonight enroute to visit someone in hospital who's suffered quite brutally with knee infections following three surgeries.The great food helped us escape our mixedfeelings of my wife's recent misfortunes.

This place has become extremely overpriced. $10 for a "bowl" of soup?? No drink or additions, just soup. A cup, which the bowl seems like, is over $6. That is absurd.Also, no one there could tell me what the ten vegetables were in the "10 vegetable soup." The girl clearly wanted me to change my mind because she went to the back to ask folks who also didn't know so came back to me and said "did you still want to know what's in it?" .... Yes? A manager came up, listed off a few common sense vegetables, about 4-5 and said he did not know the rest. No one here can answer that? Not even the cooks?Granted, the squash soup was good but no.

Food is good, the seating is really nice at this location. Service is good but not great, and the lobby would definitely benefit with having more outlets.

The place was filthy, the food was disappointing. The bacon avocado sandwich was soggy and didn’t even have bacon slices, just a sprinkling of bacon bits. Super misleading. Prices keep going up and quality continues to plummet. Based on this experience and recent disappointing experiences, I’ll avoid Panera whenever possible.

We frequent this location since it’s so close to the movie theatre, but the past couple visits haven’t been great. I placed a small order today to be picked up in 15 minutes, but it wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after. I had ordered a large mac & cheese, and a full grilled cheese, both with bread for the side. Once i got home, I realized I received a small mac & cheese, a completely random sandwich, and not two but one APPLE. Highly dissapointed.

Called 5 days ahead to order coffee and hot chocolate for an event for 75 people. The team did not even start making the hot chocolate until after I was already supposed to have picked up my items and was to be on the road. I called ahead to order so that they would be properly prepared. They were not and I was unable to have all I needed for my event due to their poor planning. I will not count on them again.

My wife ordered a "You Pick 2" with Caprese Chicken Melt and a cup of Cheddar Soup. As a not very regular customer to Panera, the young lady did not advise that that particular sandwich does not go with a Pick 2 even though the ticket showed the selection. When the order arrived we thought that such a full sandwich must be a mistake so went back and advised that this should have been a 1/2 sandwich. Manager says "No, that sandwich does not come with the Pick 2." Price of the her meal was $17.09. My take is that the order taker should always advise what comes with the "You Pick 2". That meal was not worth the price and she took the other half home. Panera Bread is becoming an extremely pricy place to go and we asked to see a paper menu as the letters on the wall menu are very hard to read. No paper menu available according to the staff. I now remember why I stopped going to Panera in the first place. Oh and as with many restaurants, they want me to tip big for service not received.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I work for doordash. I simply asked if my order way ready, because it said ready on Paneras status display. Jenny a Panera employee. hatefully snapped at me with attitude after Rolling her eyes and said "I told you already it's not ready, damn you don't gotta be so impatient, you ain't even a customer. after I kindly asked her where I could find my order that said ready to pick up. She then pointed to where her manager was because I ask to speak to him after her snide and rude remarks. I was simply relating to the manager what had happened and she kept spouting off spouting off being very rude to me commenting after I'm just trying to talk to the manager where he said nothing in return to me. His only response, was to her and said" just to walk away". But not before she said one last time to my sarcastically your not even a customer and I said yes I am and she said no you're not. The manager did nothing. No apology, nothing. So I returned my order to the pick up table and refused to deliver.
