We came for the A&W food and my wife really wanted a root beer float. The root beer float is the only reason for the 2 stars as it came out good. The rest of the experience not so much. There was one group ahead of us and after ordering the cashier and this group kept chitchating delaying the line. Once they finally finished and we ordered, there was a lot of back and forth regarding me not wanting mayo on the burger. The picture showed mayo on it but she stated it doesnt come with it. She had to go ask the cook and after further back and forth, they figured it out. Once we waited for our food, she came 2 times to ask us about things we ordered. We ordered chili fries, burgers, and chicken tenders, all of which were overly salty and frankly not good at all. We had Sonics earlier in the week and it is much better in regards to quality and service. Would never come back here again.

I sat and watched my kids good sit in a shelf for nearly 10 minutes while they prepared mine. Not a chance in hell I would feed that to my child after it sat that long. I didn't even have them remake it, just demanded a refund and they can keep their lousy food. Everyone working in this place at 1 pm on Sunday, July 12 should be fired, especially the manager who allows this kind of service. He certainly has no business running any establishment.

Is an LJS/A & W combo place. Food was fine, but the service was really slow for no more than was there at the time.

The idea of of a&w/lgs is a amazing idea, fish and chicken would Be good but the food is TERRIBLE my hush puppies were SUPER oily my fish and chicken didn't taste good it was so oily it wasn't crispy at all if anything soggy, the fries are limp and Luke warm they were not fresh at all, now the staff were SUPER NICE but they seemed kinda slow cooking it took 25 minutes to get my food and while I had a big order it took only 10 minutes at other locations, The only good things about the place is the atmosphere, the music kind staff and their drinks, besides the root beer which I liked but tasted like a super sugary cream soda

Was the only customers in there. When we got to the front counter he looked at us took him a minute to take are order. All the pop taste like root beer. Waited 15 or 20 minutes to get are food. Which for that long of a wait you would think the was hot and fresh !!! But no the ? were cold and the fish tacos were warm. Not pleased at all wish I would of went to McDonald's like I was going to before we seen LJS

I feel like there needs to be a change in Management here. I get it if the place is busy and your order list overwhelms your ability to restock and keep things going. But it wasn’t that busy and there’s no drive through to take away from the front area. I’ve been in the food industry so I’m talking from experience

We ordered two burgers, a small fry and a vanilla shake. After 24 minutes, we got the burgers and fries. We reminded them about the shake, and waited for them to make that, too.
