First foremost thanks for being open when you say you are!! I thought I left my review already but didn’t I was here awhile back March 2023 I was three months post opp from bariatric surgery with this being my first time wasn’t sure what to get the owner was very nice very accommodating explaining things to me on the menu to both me and my kiddos! The kids loved it too the only complaint I have is I just wish it was sooo far from wyco area but it’s ok it’s still worth the drive. Everything here is really good most importantly great customer service great attitudes it truly is a vibe walking in here.

Getting my nutritionist cert and coming here she was very informative and very very nice. Menue is great from the looks of it (first time here) and it's really nice to have more natural ingredients and lower calorie snack options! Trying to maintain weight for combat sports and this place is great for weight maintain while also trying to have something that taste great!Dietary restrictions: Strict diet this is the place for you or bulking you can definitely have something here!

First time at 119 Nutrition. The owner was so nice and professional.I ordered the "Birthday Cake Meal Replacement Shake" It taste so good and healthy I couldn't tell the difference taste just like icecream. I will definitely be back to get more!!???

Yum and Fun - this place is so good. The owner welcomed me warmly and helped me pick my first drink: Pumpkin Cheesecake. It was too good! Also, I grabbed some protein balls as a snack later - HIGHLY recommended the butterfinger one! The best part? They have a loyalty program so you know I’ll be back!!

I saw other reviews and have been eyeballing going to this place for a while! I suggested it to my husband and we went together. He was a little apprehensive at first - he was convinced it was good during/after his drink, all of us chatting, and the both of us enjoying the overall atmosphere.I ordered the Oreo Cheesecake - a drink from one of the previous months! The Oreo cravings were there. I felt satiated afterward. I am definitely interested in trying other drinks.The atmosphere is very open, clean, and comfy. I saw there's a backdrop for social media fun! I didn't utilize it as the time was spent chatting and relaxing.Overall, the owner is kind, honest, informative, and energetic! The other employee at the time is super kind, too!I definitely want to visit again and recommend!
I love this place so much! Yummy teas and shakes, and great company. I’ve been coming for several months now and have lost over 20 pounds after purchasing products at home. I still like to come and make daily orders for the company. It’s also a good business hub to meet other entrepreneurs and people coming in either before or after work. Super kid friend with kid teas and shakes. The owner is an amazing person!

Saw her on TV and had to check it out. Once I tasted a few drinks, yes I said a few, I couldn't believe they weren't unhealthy and the benefits from the nutrition just tops it off!Seems the store is ran by the owner by herself. Very admirable! Plus the service is on point! I will be visiting frequently.
