First foremost thanks for being open when you say you are!! I thought I left my review already but didn’t I was here awhile back March 2023 I was three months post opp from bariatric surgery with this being my first time wasn’t sure what to get the owner was very nice very accommodating explaining things to me on the menu to both me and my kiddos! Getting my nutritionist cert and coming here she was very informative and very very nice. Menue is great from the looks of it (first time here) and it's really nice to have more natural ingredients and lower calorie snack options! Trying to maintain weight for combat sports and this place is great for weight maintain while also trying to have something that taste great!Dietary restrictions: Strict diet this is the place for you or bulking you can definitely have something here!

First time at 119 Nutrition. The owner was so nice and professional.I ordered the "Birthday Cake Meal Replacement Shake" It taste so good and healthy I couldn't tell the difference taste just like icecream. I will definitely be back to get more!!???
