Got lunch early on the way home. Classic Roast Beef 4 for $10 great deal.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking for handicap
The staff was nice but the restaurant was dirty. The floor was sticky. There was a spill in the floor with a caution sign but not sure why it hadn’t been cleaned up. It wasn’t busy at all. There was a mess on the counter where the sauces were and the horsey sauce was empty. I turned to ask someone for some packets but there was no one around. I had to say “hello?” before someone came out to help me. My beef-n-cheddar was fine but my husband couldn’t eat the wrap he got. The tortilla was hard and it was cold but wasn’t supposed to be. Again, the staff was nice and cordial but I’m not sure why they weren’t cleaning the place up while it was slow.

Ordered some fries and sandwich yesterday afternoon. The service is fine but the food got me throat problem. Seems like it's been a while since they changed the oil in the fryer.

My wrap was horrible! Actual wrap was cold and could even tear through it so just took chicken off and ate it. Cheese wasnt even melted and bacon cold. Wont return!

Today, 7/26/23, around 2:30 the lady running the drive thru was smiling and seemingly happy to be at work. I swear it's been about 20 years since I've seen this.Too bad, the very next day, the guy running the drive thru hands me my food and just walks off. Says absolutely nothing. The generation coming up is the worst.

The Ruben I order was cold, I brought it to there attention, they took it and slammed into the trash and guy on the grill made a comment that he just heated it up how could it be cold. I said the meat was warm and the kraft was like it just came out of the fridge.

The food always tastes like it has been sitting all day under a warmer. I have tried to go back when desperate, but sorry I cant pay those prices for food I throw away.I hope this helps management come up with a plan for fresher food!I have always loved Arby's but the one on 151st is so bad, I wont be going to Arby's anymore! Anywhere. That is how bad my last experience was! Not the workers, strictly the food and that is not their fault!!!
