Today, 7/26/23, around 2:30 the lady running the drive thru was smiling and seemingly happy to be at work. I swear it's been about 20 years since I've seen this.Too bad, the very next day, the guy running the drive thru hands me my food and just walks off. Says absolutely nothing. The generation coming up is the worst.
The Ruben I order was cold, I brought it to there attention, they took it and slammed into the trash and guy on the grill made a comment that he just heated it up how could it be cold. I said the meat was warm and the kraft was like it just came out of the fridge.

The staff was nice but the restaurant was dirty. The floor was sticky. There was a spill in the floor with a caution sign but not sure why it hadn’t been cleaned up. It wasn’t busy at all. There was a mess on the counter where the sauces were and the horsey sauce was empty. I turned to ask someone for some packets but there was no one around. I had to say “hello?” before someone came out to help me. My beef-n-cheddar was fine but my husband couldn’t eat the wrap he got....read full review
