The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The shop was clean, as was the restroom. The counter person was helpful and friendly.It was my first time to a Jack in the Box. Will come back now.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Should’ve ran when I saw no one is in the lot. Order was wrong. Ice cream all over the side of our shake. And the absolute disrespect and rudeness from the employees. Stay away from this place and run.

Stopped by after work for some curly fries just to find out its open only for online order. Even with the 24hour drive though sign on jajaja. I said okay went to order online and got a message saying not taking online orders ? guys is in there probably just messing around all day while getting paid.

I ordered the bacon jack burger without bacon...they still put the bacon on it.... lots of bacon.... disgusting. I just wanted everything that comes on the bacon jack, just not the strips of bacon..... I ordered a brownie, didn't get it, I ordered the milk tea boba, they gave me the coffee with boba..... this place is a mess and screwed up my entireeeee order
