This Jack-in-the-Box on 119th St. in Olathe, I guess is a drive-through only/mobile order only Jack-in-the-Box because after waiting in line for quite some time for our food, we pull off through the drive-through are checking our bags realize we didn’t make it out with a curly fry and another item I can’t remember at this point but returning back to the drive-through the drive-through is full so I decided to just go into the building all the doors into facility are locked...read full review
This JITB is very hit or miss. The inside seating has been closed forever. Never reopened after COVID.Apparently they are still having staffing issues also. It's closed at random times and doesn't seem to have any set open times anymore.As for food, I have always noticed that JITB has the best looking sandwiches that are actually very much like what you see in the advertisements and on the menu boards. That seems to be the one thing they're really good at... Making what you order...read full review
