Service was terrible, I placed my order directly thru the app and when I arrived to pick it up I was told that they were no longer serving breakfast, I was refunded my money and brushed off. No one asked if I would like anything else, although my order was placed well before breakfast ended. The manager argued with me telling me I should have gotten here quicker, and next time order earlier and was very rude about it. Good thing there will be no next time.

Service is always lacking. Drive through staff don't always know what they are doing. Inside people wait for a long time for the food and it's not always the best food compared to other Macdonald's. But I do understand it's a Macdonald's. The building is always dirty on the inside.

Did drive-thru last night, got strawberry shakes that were really nasty. Tasted like spoiled milk and some really strong chemical so I threw it away. My cheeseburger tasted off too, so threw that away. The fries were surprisingly very good, though. $28 wasted.

Horrible experience. Manager was stoned or drunk. After 20 minutes of waiting. We asked for a refund. The manager came out of her office for the first time as the cashier could not refund. The manger began yelling at us and saying that she made the order. But had never been to the front nor called any orders out. Do not recommend this store.

Do not and I repeat go to this McDonald’s! We ordered in store at 10:31. By 10:50 we had not received anything (not even drinks) for our order. While standing and waiting for our order we observed the girl working the front frequently on her phone rather than working. She only got off her phone to “work” when someone literally told her to do something. We asked for a refund. The manager who was clearly not sober came out of her office and decided to yell at me saying “I made this order 5 times and we called it out.” I told her I was standing there the entire time so there was no way. Had she made the order 5 times perhaps she could have went and grabbed the order, but she didn’t. She made no attempt to correct it, as a manager would typically do. Like a “oh hey we are sorry about that, we are swamped and short staffed, your order is coming up.”

The staff was great. I do feel bad for them though. They are literally sweating nonstop. You can feel the difference in temperature change dramatically when sitting in lobby compared to in line. If the AC doesn’t work and McDonalds made them work with this extreme heat that is cruel.
On 7/25 around 11:45 pm I stopped by to get 2 McDouble’s no pickle and two large fries fresh. When I got my food the guy literally shoved the bag to me, my cheeseburger wasn’t even in the wrapper and my fries were old fries that was put back in the fryer to make them hot which also cause them to be pouring with grease. So I circle back around to the pay window where I tell the lady about my fries and she says she will take care of is. She makes me fresh fries, when they were done she doesn’t even put them in a bag she literally hands me these two fries out the drive through window ? I get home cause I live around the corner to discover yes the fries are fresh but not edible because they have so much salt on them. They were so salt we could eat it. Here were are on 7/27 I’ve literally have called this strangling location for 24 hours and nobody will answer the phone. I will be reporting this to corporate, health department etc. You need better professional workers in the establishment.

The play place here is the best of all the McDonald's branches I've been to. It's designed so that your kids have to walk by the tables to get to the door, which means my kid can't leave (voluntarily or by force) without me seeing. I was able to sit comfortably, eat, and use the wifi while my kid played in an air-conditioned playground. Fantastic for a toddler mom, and very safe.
