The play place here is the best of all the McDonald's branches I've been to. It's designed so that your kids have to walk by the tables to get to the door, which means my kid can't leave (voluntarily or by force) without me seeing. I was able to sit comfortably, eat, and use the wifi while my kid played in an air-conditioned playground. Fantastic for a toddler mom, and very safe.
It was the worst service I have ever had at any place I've ever eaten! I couldn't get anyone to take my order until I called "excuse me" many times. Then one of the grandchildren wanted another small burger, but I literally could not get above to take my order. The kiosk wasn't working, and the music was so loud that the ones in the back couldn't hear you or just didn't want to. We finally drove thru to get their ice cream and found the same guy from the front, taking our money...read full review

The staff was great. I do feel bad for them though. They are literally sweating nonstop. You can feel the difference in temperature change dramatically when sitting in lobby compared to in line. If the AC doesn’t work and McDonalds made them work with this extreme heat that is cruel.
