Usually love this location but there was an employee, named Layne, tonight that was beyond rude to the other staff. He had complete disrespect for his coworkers and he spoke to them as if he were better than them. The woman serving the rice and noodles was very nice and professional. She misheard a customer and Layne took the plate she made and dumped it out in front of her even though she could have used it for someone else. The line got backed up because he kept leaving his section to go to the back. When he finally came back he yelled at the girl like it was her fault the part he was clearly assigned wasn’t getting done. Myself and a customer in front of me both told the manager of his behavior and I hope they do something to correct it. He’s the exact kind of employee you don’t want representing your restaurant.

Usually the experience here is just fine but tonight was odd. When I got there and I was waiting to order, I watched the employee take the chow mein from a box that was mixed with fried rice and put the chow mein back into the serving bowl. (I'm guessing the order was supposed to be just the rice?) When I got my meal, the chow mein of course had a good amount of fried rice in it. I'm not sure about the stores policies when it comes to getting the order wrong but I'd be surprised if the solution was to put it back from someone's plate into the bowl that serves everyone else. Like I said, the service from here is normally fine would this was strange is all.
I ordered delivery which included 6 egg rolls.They sent 4 egg rolls and when I contacted them, they asked me to call the delivery company or go to the store at a different time to get the remaining 2 rolls. I would expect the restaurant to diligently check the order for correctness before handing it to the delivery person.The least I expected is a refund for the undelivered item.

No way to sugar coat this… the food is complete a$$. My youngest loves Panda but this location is wildly inconsistent, disorganized, and the food was awful this evening. This isn’t the amazing orange chicken I remember from the Oak Park Mall.
