Genuinely one of my favorite spots to study at & grab a healthy, delicious lunch!! The customer service at this location is superb, they are very friendly, and the ambiance of the establishment is very nice!! Would definitely recommend to anybody in the local KC Metro area! :)

I have been coming to Cava for almost a year and never disappoints , I do the KETO diet and when iGo to cava I can play with their menu and do some modifications and create my own dish, that’s an amazing . Food is great , but more important than the food is the SERVICE and the treatment you get from the team members that work there. Always friendly and with a great Attitude willing to help the people and I noticed they are really patient with theFirst timers.Anthony, Sol, Tere , Jackie, Ricardo, Sol, etc… are such nice people they make you feel welcomed ,That’s why I keep coming back .Ramón RP

Every time you come here the people are friendly and the food is amazing. The Greek salad is one of my favorites. Today Sol, Teresa y Jaquelin helped me and recommended the Skhug sauce which has a kick and I love it. I totally recommend the place especially if you are looking for something healthy and fresh.
Food was an absolute 5/5, but the staff is incredibly rude and uncaring. The woman that greeted us could not have cared less that we were there, and I'm fact acted like we were a problem. We got there 2 hours before closing so it's not like that was even an excuse. We had never been, so I asked her for a recommendation, she stared at me for several seconds before saying 'you can get a bowl or a pita... ' I just wanted a recommendation, literally anything.Overall, great food, but I can get great Mediterranean food elsewhere, in places where the staff won't treat me like I'm interrupting their 'free time'

Great food as always. However, it takes 30 minutes to get through a 10 person line. Remarkably slow service. I dont know how Chipotle consistently moves people through the assembly line while CAVA is so bad at it.
