We love this place and the remodel looks amazing unfortunately the service has degraded to the point that I’m not sure if I want to come back. It took 10 min for us to get 3 donuts and 30 minutes to get 2 wake-up wraps. When I asked how long it was going to take the employee had a very bad attitude and was kind of rude. If you can, drive m 10 more minutes to the next dunking Donuts! Or go to Krispy Cream!

I enjoy most of the employees here. They greet you with a smile and they r friendly. However. The way the manager talks to them and to guests?!?! Un acceptable. So un professional. I come in every now and then and whenever she is there everyone looks upset, she's always raising her voice and belittling her employees. I think I heard her name was Mandy? Or maybe mindy?
