Emily was very sweet and super helpful. It waz my first time and i asked her what she would recommend, and she recommended me a lavender chai latte and I loved it. I will be coming back to this location because of the wonderful service Emily provided! Please give her a raise!! ?

Nordstrom Cafe is a great little place to enjoy lunch with your bestie or best guy. Both the food and the service are top notch, like you'd expect from Nordstrom.My friend and I each got a salad, mine with salmon and some type of mustard dressing, and they were both amazing. The fortunate thing about Nordstrom cafe is it's tucked away enough that unless you're planning to go there you might not and up there. It's a very good sized dining room with lots of booths and tables. It's a very relaxing way to spend lunch even if you're not shopping there. It's not cheap we probably paid close to $50 for our lunch. However the salads are very sizable and you will not leave hungry. We asked for some bread and butter as well and that was excellent too.The only unfortunate thing is since covid they've taken down many of their displays so you can't see exactly what you're going to get. It used to look much more inviting. When we walked in I almost thought that they were closed because of the lack of displays. Their cookies and chocolates look great and I would have liked to try them, as well.

Called ahead at 4:30pm to get the holiday hours. On the call with that's exact location, AN EMPLOYEE told me the closing time today was 6 pm (holiday hours). When I arrived at 4:45 pm, a gentlemen tells me to leave because the store is closing at 5 and that the cafe has been closed since 4 pm! Even the website says the holiday hours close at 6!

Server and cashier are super rude. Asked to change my milk from regular to almond before she makes it, she got furious, start slamming things around, rolled her eyes and made sounds. It is just a coffee honey, we aren’t supposed to experience this!

I had dinner with a friend last night, and my entrée of chicken with arugula and other veggies on the salad was bland along with the chicken being overcooked. My friend's salmon was also overcooked, so we were both disappointed. The server was friendly and warm, and it was the first time that I was disappointed with my meal.

TERRIBLE ,TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CAFE!!! Had a horrible experience today. Took my daughter to this cafe to have a coffee to relax after a long shopping spree at the mall. Ordered from Lesley-the server and to her negligence and in professionalism burned my daughter with hot drink by not closing the lid all the well when my daughter was taking a sip from her cup that spilled on her chest and gave her first degree burn. Lesley was not apologetic, did not care to show any empathy towards my daughter, did not take care to take control of the situation infact ignored us the whole time while we were asking for help and kept assisting other customer. Practically just ignored us!This is an inhuman reaction! Shame on her and the store for treating customers like that! And when we complained to the manager who was not there at the site we were given the number to call. The manager said he will come over and we waited for 10 minutes while my daughter was hurting and in pain-didn’t show up so we left to go to the pharmacy to get first aid help. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend going there. Lesley should be fired! I hope the company takes serious action against her.

I really love this Cafe. The truffle fries and the tomato soup are favorites, but everything I've ever had is great.Service is always top notch.Edit 4/21/21Reunited and it feels so good!I've been missing my bi-weekly lunches at Nordstrom Cafe, and I am so glad to see that the Roma tomato soup, and service are just how they have always been.The French dip is hands down my favorite sandwich, and there's just one of the best, with fresh potato chips!Dave has worked here forever and always takes excellent care of us, It appears they're back to full menu, and have a really good kids menu!Don't overlook this delicious destination just because it's in the mall, you will not be disappointed!

Kelly was the person who helped me in the women’s department. Excellent customer service! I was exchanging an outfit that I had purchased for my mother for her 100th birthday party (and I had gotten the sizes completely wrong). Kelly helped me find a much nicer outfit in the correct sizes all while negotiating many other customers.

I have never ever had a business kick me out due to not having a mask. No , I’m not a Karen about the mask - I have an auto immune disease. I was WILLING to “risk” my health to shop there and they refused to let me in. I’m not going to have people tell me I cannot live my life when they’re not the ones who go through the health problems I do. I got told that since I was auto immune I had to make an appointment to shop there. Under the fourth amendment stores CANNOT legally make you disclose you have any medical conditions. Biden’s America. This isn’t about protecting the “high risk “.
