“I had "hands down" the best experience at this location I've ever had at any Five Guys location, in the city or out of it. Dakota was truly AMAZING from start to finish. I was able to place my order promptly, he greeted me with a great disposition and a winning smile. He took my order accurately and repeated it back to make sure it was correct.My order was prepared fresh and it was hot and delicious. The quality of the food was wonderful and he made sure my special request for my fries was executed with perfection.The experience here was so great that I would drive out of my way to come to this location - no doubt about it. Other locations should watch, learn and take notice of how things are done here for the "gold standard" in providing an excellent customer experience.The restaurant was clean and efficient.
