Got off work late and came here because the drive thru is open 24 hrs. Except it’s not. It’s only open for DoorDash and mobile orders. So if you just want to go through the drive thru too bad. You should update your website and hours. Or, just do what you advertise…

Having come from California it's a relief to see a favorite like Jack's in another state. The prices were lower than other fast food in the area and the food came out quick, hot and fresh.

Once waited 20 minutes at the counter while the employees served everyone at the drive thru. Cashier was unsuccessfully trying to construct a Rube Goldberg machine on the food prep counter when I walked in, glanced in my direction and uttered something unintelligible before rolling her eyes and returning to her construction project. She waited till everyone in the drive thru placed their order, food made, and given to the drive thru patrons before acknowleging my presence where she again uttered something unintelligible. Once she finally took my order, and got it right (took her 3 attempts at that), she then hid in the back and made the cook not only cook the food, but bag it up and give it to me.
Usually has a long line in drive-thru but worth the wait.

I ordered food online to pick up at the drivethru. I received a confirmation email and I was charged for my meal. When I arrived to pick it up... No one was working there - at the 24-hour drivethru... Can't get ahold of anyone for a refund. I've sent in two forms and reached out on Facebook Messenger. No response.
