I got a tiny cup of cream cheese for 3.00 and I will NEVER ORDER from here again. Make sure you read the amount you will get before ordering cream cheese! Also, MY french onion soup I paid 10 dollars for a small bowl did not have cheese or french bread in it they gave me five croutons instead! I have ordered this french onion soup for for years from Panera and it was the worst ever this time and my chicken cost $20 for chicken and ham... no extra meat like I ordered (in pics that is amount given to me ) and then I paid an extra dollar for white cheddar cuz I didn't want Gouda and they basically overwarmed my sandwich so much that you don't even know there's cheese on it and it melted into the meat and rubbery and was awful it was pulled chicken and ham the chicken was small crumbly pieces not nice big pieces like you usually would get from here... I called the Mgr Lori with my concerns and she did not care on a $60 orderat all. I will be contacting corporate soon. I am very disappointed with Panera since I have been ordering from them for yrs! Not worth it anymore basically they're charging you an arm and a leg raise their prices and now they're giving you low quality and changed the way they make certain foods like their onion soup there was no cheese in my onion soup they used to put a piece of French bread in the top the way its supposed to be made....they gave me five little tiny croutons and no cheese are you kidding me for $10? It's just not worth it.... there are plenty of other sandwich shops in town to order from.

While the sandwiches were really good the soup was dreadful! It was 'supposed to be' chicken with wild rice, but there was cheese and milk in it resembling the broccoli and cheddar. It looks like they took that and dropped a few grains of rice in and one piece of chicken and I cannot do the former soup so did have reflux at the memorial service we were attending = not good. Very disappointed! :(

Great staff, friendly and accommodating. However, that drink machine is horribly loud. Can hear throughout the restaurant. Not a great dine in experience.
Grilled cheese sandwich full order on sour dough is like having two sandwiches! Taste was delicious; cookies, chips and desserts were sweet and yummy.

We couldn't get service a f ter standing there over 5 minutes. When we approached rhe staff they had no interest in speaking to us, let alone be helpful. We left without ordering.
