Considering we stopped in AFTER lunch hours, was disappointed at lack-luster service (had to ask for spoons and napkins when soup was ordered), restaurant was dirty, and restroom needed supplies...this was my first visit to this location and will drive further out to spend my money elsewhere in the future.

Ordered 2 pick two. Out of several breads. Did not inform us of an upcharge on my sandwich. Did not inform us on how Their pick two works. Husbands: $7.99. Mine was $11.18. Then the tuna sandwich on a long piece of chiabatta bread had a small scoop of tuna in the middle only leaving 1 1/2" on the ends of the sandwich With Out anything. I had to go and show them asking if it was supposed to look this way... had to get someone who spoke English to explain it to them and then gave me another scoop so at least the bread had some tuna in the bottom piece. Put mustard on mine even though I declined. Gave my husband an apple. Receipt said bread though he specifically said the chips...not a good experience. I had to give back the apple which they put back into the apple bin to give to others and then put the sandwich with the correct soups as well. Change the menu to reflect changes. LISTEN to the customer and note any changes. Make sure dining area is Clean. 8 tables dirty. Your managers Need to translate if the workers do not understand the order or the customer speaking to them. Not happy about this experience. The manager did give me some money back because the menu was not showing the prices correctly. However, this whole experience was not what we get in MO.You all are getting paid 3 times as much but the food and service went way down hill!

The Manager was taking our order and did not tell us of upcharges for bagel bread, as they ran out of 3 types of bread for the sandwich of pick2. Kansas Panera's are more expensive by $5 more than Missouri Panera's. 2024.

I will always love that there are zero TVs here. I like meeting up with friends and I can here them without sports ball distracting everyone.

I'm part of the sip club so I stop in daily for a free coffee. Employees are always nice and I can be in and out in less than 5 minutes.

All I wanted was soup and bread, but they were out of baguettes. I pointed to a loaf of French bread right there on the counter and asked if I could have some of that, but I was told that I had to buy the whole loaf. I would have understood the shortage if I had come in near closing, but it was the height of the dinner hour. Panera should have, without being asked, provided some of the loaf on the counter as a substitute. I am tired of the decline in customer service at so many places lately, so I just left and went somewhere else. The only reason I'm giving two stars is that I didn't sample the food, and the employee was friendly.

Slow and rude. If you order one bowl of soup to go you shouldn’t have to stand and watch a long line of sandwiches and more complex orders go out, especially for 30 mins. It’s just not a good system for dealing with simple and fast orders.

Waited 45 min for a half san and soup plus kids meal. Wrong order. Horrible service from start to finis. I'm a frequent customer who won't be back EVER

Fresh pastries and flavorful coffee. Clean restrooms and plenty of private and open seating to enjoy yiu breakfast.

28 minutes to make 1 cold bravo sandwich. It is difficult to rationalize what could cause a cold sandwich. 28 minutes.

Food is consistent for Panera. The dine-in experience is hit or miss. Great to eat outside in the back courtyard when it's nice, but the chairs are … worn. Inside the scent sometimes is weird, it's a little dark, and the restrooms can be rough. The staff have always been really nice, and the convenience of ordering at the kiosks and picking up online orders to go is very convenient.Vegetarian options: Ordering at the kiosk or online makes it super easy to customize meals to be vegetarian and accommodate other dietary needs.
