I love the employee vibe and efficiency but I’d love it more if my order were correct more than 50% of the time. Only 2 cars in line today and I was charged for my order, $7.05 for a large hot mocha with 2 extra shots, and I was given a large drip coffee. This is a pretty common occurrence when I go to scooters which is very disappointing because I’d like to support them more, but not at the expense of not receiving what I paid for. The servers are always polite and "how's is your day going." Their new Birthday Cake coffee is wonderful hot or cold. The cookies, Carmelious muffin is yummy. Always friendly. It is a small place across from JCCC just east of 119th and college
