“Just had lunch catered from Thelma's. It was AWESOME! Very well liked by the meeting attendees & Owner. Had the slider sandwich tray, Pasta Salad, Green Salad, & Cookies, of course. This is a great organization. I was glad I was able to include a non-profit in our office catering. Thank you, Thelma's staff & volunteers.“
“Very tasty food and not too expensive! The atmosphere was nice decor-wise but it was almost empty even though I came on a Friday night. Give them some business, they definitely deserve it and I want to make sure this place sticks around so I can keep coming “
“Delicious food and very nice decor inside the restaurant! The Taiwanese style egg rolls were delicious, and Thai wings were very tasty but had a little bit dry meat. Loved the lad na noodles - very unique Thai noodle dish that I haven’t had at other Thai restaurants. Service was excellent as well. Highly recommend!“
“I enjoyed this restaurant. First time here and it was a wonderful experience. Good location. Plenty of parking. Service was very good. Food was delicious. Restaurant was very clean. I liked that the owner was very friendly. I would definitely come back and would recommend this place if you’re craving Thai food.“
“Everyone is so friendly there. The menu has lots of choices & food served appealing. We ate lunch, server was Paddy. I think. She was great. Big smile, made sure several times that everything was ok.Wheelchair accessibility: My son is in a wheelchair. He loves going to olive garden. Always! Accommodating making sure we are comfortable. For obvious reason, I'd rather be in the front area because it's hard to maneuver thru crowds. (Which can get quite busy @ olive garden). So far our timing has worked, crowd behind us! Thank you, olive garden.“
“If you want authentic Cantonese food (southern China), this place is IT. I love their shrimp wontons, peking pork chops, pot stickers, salt and pepper stuffed eggplants. Their claypot dishes are also very authentic. Always satisfied when I walk out of ABC. Also love that they give you free hot tea and unlimited rice if you need more. Definitely feel at home in this place. For Chinese people we have very limited choices in authentic food, and I'm so glad they are offering it. My only wish is that they can expand the restaurant. It's small and can be very cramped when they are busy. A fun side note. I know of another restaurant in LA Monterey park chinatown area, called ABC cafe.. also serving Cantonese style food. I wonder if they "copied" their name from them. But I would say that this ABC is probably a lot better than that ABC cafe in LA. The LA one is known to be cheap... but questionable quality. This KC ABC is heads and shoulders above that one.“
“Great customer service every time, great atmosphere as well, the miso soup is amazing, as is all the sushi options. The only issue I have, and it's a small one I'd give them 4.75 out of 5 if I could, is that the fried rice is average at best a little below on “
“It was BUSY! Even with call ahead we waited 40 minutes. The waitress was friendly and we did not wait long on our food. The salad and breadsticks are always good. The entres were as expected. A little too much food, but turned into a convenient next day lunch.Parking: Parking lot completely full when busy.“
“The wife and I decided to not cook for Christmas this year. We drove by Taste of China and saw they were open so we decided to give them a try. I just dropped in so no pre order. I got the General's chicken, cashew chicken, and hot & sour soup. It took them about 10 minutes to put the order together and off I went. I could tell they were super busy, full staff in the kitchen all working hard to get food out the door. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going, never more than 2-3 of us in there. Prices everywhere have risen since the pandemic but once we dug in there was plenty of food in each container so pretty good value and we were very pleased with the taste and quality of the food. This is really more of a take out style restaurant as the decor is spartan and small. But we had good food, service and value. We liked it just fine.“
“For the past few years, I would tell others that this Panera Bread location was my favorite. What happened recently solidified my belief. I submitted an online order for the Mediterranean bowl with chicken. This was only my second time ordering online. I picked up my order and left without checking it. When I got home and settled, I pulled the bowl out of the bag and realized there was no chicken in my bowl. I called the restaurant to inform them of this in a pleasant manner. The manager answered. I informed him about the missing chicken in my bowl and not realizing it until I had gotten all the way home. The manager apologized. He stated he was leaving for the day, could have the order remade correctly, and would drop it off to me. He said he would throw in my favorite pastry as well. He then asked for my address. I was in complete disbelief that the manager would put forth that much effort to fix the restaurants mistake. The manager kept his word; within an hour, he arrived at my home with my correct order and a few extras in the bag. He was also extremely polite. Thank you so much for this amazing service!! I would recommend this location to all.“
