We downloaded the Huddle House app to try this restaurant while traveling through Kansas. On a positive note the app works and offers a great 25% off new member discount. However, you can not redeem in store and must purchase online. I ordered 3 items, and multiple issues happened with my order. First was poor customer service and unfriendly staff. I ordered breakfast using a coupon and the waitress complain about the coupon to her coworker. The food wasn’t good biscuit and gravy was cold only thing I enjoyed was the sausage
