We went there to eat on a Wednesday late afternoon. The waitress told us what all they were out of and we'll we wasn't going to order any of that anyway so we stayed to order. I ordered the stuffed hashbrowns which was all rite but I ordered eggs over medium and got scrabble eggs which was alrite. But my wife order the pancake and eggs breakfast. First they brought her pancakes which tasted like the were deep fried in heavy grease, when she was half done with her pancakes they brought her eggs which were cold and bout 5 minutes later they brought her bacon which was the highlight of her meal. I ask the waiter which started out being a waitress but I think she went to Walmart to get hamburger and other supplies why they were out of so much food and he said the corporate office orders food for them and they don't order the stuff that they need. The thing I can't figure out is my stuffed hashbrowns had bacon on it and it was bout 10 to 13 minutes later when they brought my wife's order of bacon, so what did they actually give me under my gravy? Something to think about.

Food was burnt. Took 25 minutes to get half of it and 35 minutes to get the other half of the order. All they could say is sorry you just came at the wrong time during the fussing and arguing with each other. What a joke

Food- it was ok, typical Huddle House.Service- took our order, got our drinks,but, food was taking so long, even people that got there after us got served before we did and that frustrated me to the point to just paying for our drinks and walking out, but, he did apologize and was very pleasant.Atmosphere- it was clean and comfortable, at least the a/c wasn't on full blast that I had to wear a sweater like some places

My and my girlfriend ate lunch there service was terrible the waiter was more worried about flirting with other men that came in. Than waiting on tables ... Me and her both ended up very sick throwing up and other stomach problems we will never visit another huddle house ever again

Arrived at 10:00 pm ready for dinner. When I went inside there was a booth seat and a sign blocking the entrance. Hours say 6:00 am - 12:00 am. Tried to call but phone number is disconnected. Are they still open for business ???

We're driving through to Colorado after a trip to MO. We needed something to eat and kept missing the exits with food. We stopped at Huddle House and they were closed for a minute to catch up because the cook didn't show up. They still let us sit down and took care of us.Not only did Calvin provide incredible service, he learned to cook things on the fly and all I can be is grateful. We didn't have to go anywhere else and can get back on the road and get home, with satisfied bellies.We'd be back just to be helped by Calvin. Huddle House did a great thing in hiring him- hopefully they take care of him and show him they appreciate his hard work.

It was overall a good experience our waitress was Kimmy and her help was ruby I think that’s the manager and they kept our drinks full and when Kimmy got busy ruby helped her out good experience and Miranda is such a good cook!

We downloaded the Huddle House app to try this restaurant while traveling through Kansas. On a positive note the app works and offers a great 25% off new member discount. However, you can not redeem in store and must purchase online. I ordered 3 items, and multiple issues happened with my order. First was poor customer service and unfriendly staff. A help wanted sign was visible, and the server seemed annoyed. Other customers were also complaining about the slow service. The second problem is that multiple items I paid for were not available. Including bacon and jalapeños this was substituted with fruit and sausage, but I could not get my money back using the app. They also forgot to add sauce to our burgers and almost forgot our drinks. The lady seemed annoyed we ordered online. Overall, the food and burgers were good. However, poor execution and customer service are the problems. I did not mind waiting. However, I would rather have a happier waiter that is under less stress when making togo orders. Thank God I got a discount.Parking: Truck stop locationWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Came here on a Saturday morning. Waited over 15 mins before our order was taken or even drinks. Waited over an hour for our food. Had 1 cook and 1 server for the entire restaurant. Will not be returning here again. This place needs HELP. literally.
