The food was good and reasonably priced, but the service was AMAZING! Our server checked in with us to make sure everything was good and see if we needed anything.

It took an hour to get two of the three meals we ordered. The 3rd took an hour and 15 minutes. Appetizers came with the meals not before. Bathrooms are a disasterManager is worthlessThe server was great though. Literally not her fault. She was by herself and the worthless manager was no help.

I have started a new diet & made a special request. I just wanted a Ceasar Side Salad & a grilled salmon fillet. My waitress didn’t know how to charge for it, so I asked for her to check with her manager. She came back & told me they could do it. She never brought me my drink. Food came out as requested. Had to ask for drink again. Had to ask for refill. Waitress brought my check. She asked if it was ok. I said no & that if they were going to charge full plate price, plus an up charge for the salad, I would never have ordered what I did. I asked to speak to manager. She came over & said that was the only way they could ring in my order. I told her that if I had been told that, I would have never ordered the meal! I said the waitress never let me know she couldn’t adjust the pricing. Manager was unwilling to make any concessions. So, I was charged $23.50 for a small Cesar salad & a small salmon fillet and water! This is robbery! Buyer beware. Very disappointed & aggravated!

The experience was so bad that it provided us with an hour and a half of entertainment last night and our reminiscing all today has got us giggling again. I hardly know where to start. There were hardly any people there so staff shortage was not the problem. Most of the time all the workers disappeared into the back. The people behind us were there over an hour and didn't even have water, another couple near us got one of their dishes and an hour later had not received the other. When we escaped they were still haggling with the manager about the bill for the cold onion rings that were an hour old as he was waiting to eat them with his meal which never came. I can't believe they were charging him for them. A waitress dropped a huge drink and it was still there an hour later and they were just walking around it. Our meals were all wrong but since it took over an hour to get them I just took it all home for the dog. None of the staff acted like they had ever BEEN in a restaurant, much less worked in one. Seriously, corporate needs to get over there or they need to shut it down.

I ordered steak, It had a lot of fat. I ate about a bite or two. The raw vegetables were very good they were steamed. Understand any that a lot of places including Applebee's or short on help. Service was a little slow. Staff was willing to help and did Apologize. Atmosphere it was okay.

Ordered online with curbside pickup. Got there early and checked in. No one brought me food out after it was 10 minutes late so I tried to call the number on their pick up sign-no answer. After that I went inside. This was a Monday night, very slow. The first server said hi to walked by and then stood around looking at me as she had No customers. Another server walked by and he found my order on the screen. He went into the kitchen to find my food. I saw 2 cooks back there, again not busy. I was given my food without any apology or explanation. Sure wish I hadn't tipped them for bringing my food to the car since I had to go inside and get it myself!!! Food was cold too, think was done on time but left there. Don't waste your time thinking they'll bring your food to you!

Don't eat here. We were the only customers in the restaurant at 12:15 pm on a Wednesday... Took 30 minutes to get a burger and fry. There was a very distinct smell of sewer gas where we were sitting (near the kitchen)I had to ask for ketchup for my fries and was handed 4 "take out" packs. I asked for a bottle of ketchup and was told they were out and waiting for the truck to come in. (There was a bottle of ketchup sitting on the bar right behind the waitress!)By the time we left at 1:15 there were only 6 other customers. This restaurant is in trouble and needs a new manager.

About 5 minutes later my burger was served...dry bun from being under the heater. I had to ask for ketchup and was handed 4 take out packs...I asked if I could have a bottle and was told they were out until the truck came tomorrow. (There was a ketchup bottle on the bar directly behind he waitress) Finally she walked around the restaurant and came back with a bottle of ketchup. In the 45 minutes were were there, only 6 other customers came in. This restaurant is in trouble. They have a sewer problem of some kind. They have a cook problem of another kind. If we are the only customers and it takes 30 minutes to get a burger and fries this place won't survive. DON'T GO HERE until they have new management.

Door Dash order places at 6pm. Simple order of steak, broccoli and mashed potatoes for my husband and for me double crunch shrimp, mashed potatoes and fries not to complicated right. Well for them yes it is! My husbands broccoli was mush and looked disgusting. I didn’t receive my fries and instead received a little thing of coleslaw which I asked not to be in there. This place has gone extremely down hill whether you dine in, pick up or have it delivered. Food comes out in bad quality, cold and smaller portions. Applebee’s you would get a zero or a negative number f from me it you could. I will never come, pick up or have food delivered from this location again

Curbside pickup for 6:15pm, placed at 4:27pm on the app. Arrived at 6:10. At 6:20 I moved to a different spot, hoping someone inside might see me. Sure enough, someone came out to ask the name on the order. Told me it would be out shortly. At 6:35 I went inside to find my order. Got platitudes, a lot of "I understand and would be upset too" but no answers as to where was my food. At 6:50 when being handed my food, as a side comment was made about how it would be real nice if people would be more understanding about them being busy.Hope they enjoy the tip I included.

Cleanliness of restrooms were absolutely disgusting! They were dirty and stunk extremely bad!!We waited 15 minutes for a drink (waters),45 minutes for appetizers and 1 1/2 to get food! Then when. We got the food, most was cold when it should of been hot! Steak was burnt and hard! Bread stick is usually soft but it was slammed on table and didn't break. Very horrible. It was not busy at all either!The two good things I can say is the host sat us quickly and the waitress was very polite.

Hour wait for food, and the restaurant was freezing cold. They appeared understaffed and the poor wait staff were running. No manager in sight, indifferent staff, no drink refills for 90 mins, the food was ok, not great. There are too many good restaurants to come here again.

Went to this place at 6pm ordered food for dine in and by 7:40 pm left because they still had not brought us our food. Mean while I watched 3 others come in after us and got food . Told server we wanted to leave as we still have not gotten food there and had been waiting since 6pm. There was no explanation or sorry or anything. Will never go to this location again.
