Got coffee for my crew a few days this last week. Every time,someone had stomach issues after the coffee. Those who got almond milk were always fine. Not sure what's up, but i would not recommend getting regualr milk in the drinks

I come here every single day at the same time I get the same drink I came through the drive-thru the other day to get my frozen double torture large the girl handed me a medium and I told her no that's not a medium there's a huge difference between a large and a medium blended she told me know that that's a large so instead of sitting there and arguing with her I just took the medium so therefore I was out the money and then let's talk about the excessive wait time there is no reason why there should be three four cars in front of somebody and you have to wait 20-30 minutes in line they need to come up with a new system to make stuff faster I've been to plenty of Dutch Bros in different states and it is nothing like this one I absolutely love the coffee I love the people who work there some of them not the ones who lie and steal my money the excessive wait times are absolutely horrible

One of the best coffee chains on the go. the lines are long, but move quick and the employees are always on top of it. the double-torture is my favorite coffee and the palm beach rebel is fantastic too.

SO RUDE! 20 minutes before closing, a friend of the employees inside simply parked at the drive-thru & the employees (who could see the line of cars behind) just joked around with him, not allowing any real customers to place an order, basically shutting everything down but the lights. I should have guessed what was happening when the car in front of me abruptly pulled out of line & left, which I did 5 minutes later. I've never written a bad review before, but this was crazy frustrating. Hard to believe that I'd had great service the night before. Which is the real Dutch Bros?

This location used to be ran by upbeat wonderful staff who held strong onto the Dutch Bros Creed. But over the last several months, the staff there are absolutely lacking any kind of positive attitude. Waiting there is rarely less than a half hour, when finally served, it feels like you're imposing on their personal time, and they don't always get the orders right, and if you request them to fix it, you're serviced with an attitude.So if you're wanting Dutch Bros, I recommend avoiding this location, the ones in Olathe, Grandview, Belton, and the Legends are far superior and are staffed by the best people!!

The drive-thru faces directly into the west sun. Wowza! Blinded-- couldn't read the menu. Americano was good.
I had to edit my rating...everytime I order I order like this. Large Strawberry Horchata Chai with light ice, soft top and cinnamon sprinkle. I have been here about 50 times same order. Today, no different order the same. I get to the window no soft top or cinnamon sprinkle. I tell the young lady, she tells another worker he comes up to the window already heated says the soft top and cinnamon sprinkle used to come included but not anymore so if you want it, you have to ask for it. I replied, I did ask for it. He said well you weren't charged so I will charge you, I said that is fine, as I was pulling my phone out to open the app I told him I always order with soft top and cinnamon sprinkle I never knew that before it was included, no one ever said anything when I would ask for thos items. He said nevermind I'll hook you up this time. Really rubbed me the wrong way. I specifically ordered the soft top and cinnamon sprinkle like the past 50 times if the young man taking my order did not include it that is not on me. I will pay for any item I order but for him to come at me with that energy like I wanted something for free was way out of line.

Sitting in line for 20 minutes. The line has barely moved (typical of this location). And what do we find in the middle of a slammed session? Two employees jacking around outside washing out trashcans and placements, taking their sweet time like they’re at a water park. Those tasks should be reserved for closing duties. Customers should be served first. This location is so poorly staffed and managed. Scooter’s is superior in efficiency and service; I’ll be taking my business there from now on after that debacle.
