Staff is just straight up rude. Came through the drive thru and started the first part of my order. They told me the total and told me to come up to the window when I wasn’t done. Came up to the window and was greeted with a hand reaching out for my form of payment. Not a SINGLE word was spoken to me from the moment i pulled up to the window, to when i left with my food. We ordered a 16 pc all legs and thighs meal, with 2 -1/2 gallon dr.pepper and a 6 piece leg and thigh meal. We were told 13-15 minute wait. Almost 45 minutes later I went into the store ( we ordered in drive through) and was told my order was just being put together. Cue another 15 minute wait. Finally get the order... Went through the drive-thru, and ordered a 3 pc. Tenders, and an 8 pc. Nuggets. It has taken currently at least 25 minutes. Multiple people inside are having the same problem, and people have come through the drive-thru after us, and gotten their food before us.
