Sunday afternoon, 12:30 PM: From the moment we entered, it took 30 minutes to get to the lone cashier. She was very polite, professional and proficient. The food was great, exactly like we ordered it.

Five times (10 sandwiches) we have not received a pickle. A deli serves pickles. Without one, you're just Subway with iced tea. We have since ordered three times and gotten a pickle. Tonight, no pickle. A call back to the manager disclosed that they had run out of pickles. AT A DELI? How about telling us that there are no pickles? How about some sort of compensation? How about I buy my picles at Hy-Vee and my sandwich at Subway?

I usually dont have any complaints on their food. But today, 2/24 my food order was all wrong, our spud was very dry and burned. My sandwich was wrong too. I ordered online for a pick up and, it's not fair that we just get home and our food is wrong. No time to go back and return food.

I always have a good meal here and the staff is very friendly. My problem is they are pricing themselves out of range for most people. I understand costs have gone up but, the increases have been outragious. I will continue to come back, just less frequently because of the pricing.
