Take my advice, go to the Wendy's on 75th Street or Freddy's on the east side ofI-35 on Shawnee Mission Parkway, DONT EAT HERE..How could you possibly have room temperature Patties on the Baconator with cold cheese at 11:30 a.m. on a Sunday? What good is Quick Service when your burger isn't even warm and your cheese is cold..I hadn't even pulled out onto the street before I took my first bite.. So it wasn't like it got cold on the way home.. I was the only person in theDrive-Thru and i can't even get a hot Baconator when I spend $9 total on just the sandwich?It's bad enough that the Baconator is now smaller with a smaller bun and only three pieces of bacon cut in half to make six half pieces.. How can you possibly even call that a Bacon-ator?Isn't that really just a ROOM TEMPERATURE double with cold cheese and limp soggy bacon, Absolutely pathetic.. Hello Freddy, and Culver goodbye Wendy☹️

This Wendy’s needs to get some work done… it’s the last time I go to this Wendy’s.. last time I was missing a burger and now I’m missing nuggets? I’m definitely not driving another 20 mins waste of gas and money… they need proper training… and to make sure they check the bags and orders before handing it off… FRUSTRATING!!

Always short staffed. Today we opened up our sandwich to find old burnt bacon little pieces. Not even enough for the sandwich. After waiting 25 minutes for fast food, we will not be going back.

I don't need a lecture about what you eat with your French toast sticks. I simply just asked you for another syrup. But for some reason you needed to ask me why the 1 you gave me wasn't enough and that its good enough for you. Even with an attitude and a hand push on the drive thru window cause you needed to go tell your employees that you couldn't believe I asked for another syrup. Not a very professional way to teach the younger lady whom dropped her jaw staring at you.
