“This was our first ever visit to Longhorn. Have been to many a steakhouse but this was one of the best for many reasons. \nGreat decor and ambience and friendly from the minute we walked in the door. \nCharlie at the bar was welcoming and makes a great Old Fashioned. \nBut the star of the show was the food further enjoyed thanks to the great service of Sabryn. Lobster chowder was superb, Brussels very tasty with the perfect char, and broccoli perfectly steamed. Standing above all of it was the Longhorn Porterhouse—well seasoned and actually served rare with a great sear. \nNever felt rushed, service by Sabryn was timely with a great smile and friendly conversation, and noise level was well contained to allow easy visiting. \nDon’t have one of these where we live but will definitely return when possible.\nAnd to top it all off, prices were actually quite reasonable.”

“I walked into Circle Coffee for the first time ( all bright eyed and not decaffeinated, and I totally forgot to ask for my coffee decaf ( or what my sister calls sad coffee). By the time I realized, they’d already made my coffee and I was walking out the door— but instead of giving me the “well that’s on you” look, they smiled, told me to gift the original to a coworker ( who now thinks I’m the nicest person alive) and made me a fresh decaf for free. Heroes are baristas apparently. The shop itself is a whole vibe — calm, great lighting and welcoming atmosphere—enough ambiance to trick me into thinking I’m the kind of person who journals daily or could write a novel. Also, do NOT sleep on the strawberry goat cheese danish. It’s seriously delicious. I took one bite and considered writing it into my will. Life changing and I’m probably emotionally attached to it now. This place has great vibes, great people, and even better coffee and pastries. Highly recommend.”

I asked the person who made the shrimp sandwich to change gloves due to a seafood allergy and the potential of cross contamination. To my surprise, not only did he change them but all the employees changed their gloves to keep him safe. I never like to have special requests but I was so thankful for their kindness and compassion. “The customer service I received this sunday at Perkin’s was phenomenal. I went out to eat with my mother in law and my infant son. He is at the teething age therefore he is quite cranky. The entire beginning of us getting there and ordering was filled with him crying (which is not fun in a restaurant). Once our meals came, a sweet older lady who is a team lead there, came to our table and offered to hold my crying son so I can eat. She said that I needed it. Not once has this type of customer service been offered to me anywhere else. I will remember this moment for a long time.”

I placed an online order, and it was delayed. I called to find out what was up and no one is answering at the location. I’ve been trying for over 20 min but the phone just keeps ringing through. Tried another location and the phone number is out of service. Google says they’re open and the system let them take my online order. Tried to call corporate to see if there was an online issue or something, but it’s after 5pm , & VM is full. And now I’m out $45 until the charge goes through so I can dispute it with my card company.
I’ve NEVER had this issue here before. They’re always fast and food is always great. No idea what the heck is going on but I’m really disappointed.”

There is a very large outdoor patio area and stage and I can't wait to see a band play here. Another thing that impressed me was (oddly) the bathroom. It is only a single person bathroom but it was very clean and didn't even smell like a bar bathroom. A little graffiti on the wall but that is expected at a bar.
