Came In Was Greeted by a short heavy set Caucasian woman she was very rude looked agitated and mad at the world and I thought mabe she was having a bad day I've worked for fast food so I know how the job can be but the level of customer service in todays fast food industry is going way down hill if this is how you greet customers when I left I never wanted to go back to this burger king again and I love the buffalo nuggets and the zesty sauce as well as the bacon king with swiss but not worth going to get it if this how you will get treated

Our mobile app wasn't working so we went in. There were three employees busting their butts to work the incredibly busy drive-thru and the lobby. Several people had called in. They were overwhelmed and very stressed out and I applaud them on doing what needed to be done and getting thru it.

I got the ghostpepper burger it had a nice spice to it but was a bit dry. I asked if jalapenos came on it and the cashier said yes but there were not any on it. It was just ok but not something I'd buy

Lucky I'm giving 1star for anything I was at the one on California.We ordered 2 mix and match waited 45 minutes the employees laughed in my face when I'd inquired about the wait that makes you wonder what they was doing to your food then when we finally got our order it wasn't what we had ordered and one didn't even have meat on it.ILL NEVER GO THERE again
Enjoyed stopping inside to order my burger meal with a coupon. I found everything clean & in order, including the bathrooms, so I could enjoy a sit down meal for once! Jeff, the manager was kind & professional, taking care of staff concerns as well as customers in an appropriate way. The hamburgers & fries were tasty, hot.& fresh! When I splurge on such items, that's how I want it! It did not disappoint! SE Topeka Burger King, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! ?Parking: I liked that they were several disabled parking slots right up against front of building, near main entrance

I went to Burger King today. I didn’t quite like how I asked for a whopper and she put cheese on it after I clearly said “no thank you” to the cheese. Therefor I was quite upset since I love whoppers, and it’s the first time it has ever happened to me. I also stated I wanted lettuce on one whopper but she removed lettuce from whopper, which made my brother quite upset.
