Very busy during my visit with multiple catering orders as well. At one point after I ordered, walk up service was paused to catch up. Nearly 15 minute wait. Felt bad for staff, who were working as fast as possible. Need to hire more staff.

First time eating a Jimmy John's sandwich. A friend kept telling me that the spicy Italian was a good sandwich so he treated me to one. It was very tasty! I am sure I will be visiting there again soon.

Nobody was in line when we arrived at the drive through, but took 10 minutes at the window to get our food. We only ordered 2 sandwiches, both of which were the wrong sandwich, and both had the wrong toppings. The receipt was correct, but everything was wrong. This was my attempt at trying Jimmy John’s again after bad experiences in the past.

This is our favorite Jimmy John's. Tha crew is always so nice and pleasant. The bread, meat and toppings are so fresh. Good value for your money.

My wife recently went here to order sandwiches for her and I. I am not a fan of lettuce on sandwiches so I always ask for no lettuce. Not only did the menu not even list lettuce and an item on the sandwich, but my wife even said no lettuce and they still put lettuce on it. This may have been overlooked if this was the first time but this has now occurred several times when ordering food from the drive through. It seems that if you are not there to watch them make it they do not seem to care how you ordered it. Needless to say I will not be returning for a while and will be reluctant to do so if they don't start paying more attention to what the customer requested.

The sandwiches are always incredible at JJ's! The staff there yesterday though, not a single smile and not a single welcome! They all need more training with their interpersonal skills! Quickly!

The bread was so damn hard thought I was gonna loose a tooth. Ordered turkey bacon club sub no bacon and too much lettuce. I can't eat there anymore they really need a new bread recipe.

We ordered a turkey club and a tuna sandwich and there was not a single hint of turkey on the turkey club and the tuna was crowded onto the right side of my sandwich. The bread on the tuna sandwich was dried out and crunchy. Both went into the trash. Won't make the same mistake twice! 0/10 wouldn't go there if I was you.Update: 8/17/2023 JJ's asked me to share my experience with the owner so I did so and am waiting their response.

went here on August 24th, 2023 around 5pm to place an order, when I arrived the lady on the drive thru intercom asked if I had an online order, I informed her I did not, she proceeded to tell me they are not taking any more orders because they were too busy with the current orders. Not even giving me a chance to wait, they literally refused to take my order. I called the manager a short time later, she informed me she was sorry, but they were 6 tickets behind and couldnt take on anymore orders. I told her I would have been willing to wait but I wasn't even given that option, they refused my order. Manager seems nice enough but had zero interest in trying to make it right in any way, a "sorry" was all she was willing to give me. Zero stars if I could.

We’re long time customers of jj’s, however tonight we went through the drive-thru , and They forgot our chips with our combo. When I called to let them know & ask them to refund me for the meal and re-charge me for what we actually got, they offered to re-ring it as a carry out, get my payment over the phone & then refund my initial payment from when I was at the drive thru. I told them I would prefer they refund it first then, have me pay for the “carry out order” over the phone to ensure the money is actually refunded and the “manager” told me he/she would prefer to do it HIS way because he/she was worried he would refund the money to me and I would hung up. I told him that was a rude assumption to make & he had nothing to say. The $1 bag of chips/refund isn’t what I’m upset about at this point, it was the manager who insinuated I was just trying to get a refund then hang up without paying for what I actually was given due to the mistake by their employees instead of what I ordered. Won’t be back
