I tried the spicy chicken sandwich today and it was delicious.I ordered fries also. $3.29 for an order of fries? For the amount I got, it was not worth the price. That is a lot of money to charge for a handful of French fries. Never again. I learned my lesson. They weren’t even that good or tasted freshly made. Too salty also.I recommend to NOT order French fries.

From reading all of the other reviews recently. It sounds like they need a new manager. Ordered online and it was supposed to be ready in seven minutes, husband headed that way, it's 10 blocks. Got there and they asked for a confirmation number..... for chicken. Okay fine, sent it to him, oh sorry, someone's already picked up that order. Refused to even speak to my husband about it. Needless to say I called and spoke to the manager. Absolutely clueless, said she already explained to my husband. I said let me explain to you. I just paid $20 for lunch and if you gave it to someone else without a confirmation number, then you get to make lunch again.She was silent. Then she comes back and says oh we found it. Where was this mysterious chicken hiding? 22 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. You couldn't give me free food from this location again. Someone better step in before they get boycotted.

The sandwich was slapped together with a tiny bit of sauce I paid extra for but with enough mayo for 3 sandwiches. Came back again and they charged us $40 twice. This place is horrible.

Completely Out of Mashed potatoes, chicken tenders and extra crispy chicken. Would make NO substitutions on meals whatsoever and would not discount at all even though they were out of all the main items. Ridiculous for a KFC to be out of chicken and mashed taters. It's not the first time or heck even the second that this location has been out of their main menu items. Needs better management or something.Vegetarian options: Not really anything but side dishes for vegetarian options.Parking: Seems to be enough parking in their lot.Kid-friendliness: Not really any kid meals and no play area.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks like it's accessable.

The staff at this location is absolutely terrible. Not only did they forget items from my order, but when I called to say something, the manager claims to have cooked and bagged every item herself, while simultaneously saying that she has never made a single mistake. She then accused me of lying about the missing items. I wouldn't eat at this location again if you paid me. Honestly, if Kentucky Fried Chicken is hiring people like this for management, I'm not sure how long they'll survive as a company. This is the second of three locations in Topeka to lose my business permanently. I sincerely question the capabilities and ethics of the regional manager in this area.

Don't go hear often but it never fails that at any KFC, they always have to check to see if they have enough chicken for your order. I shouldn't pull up hoping they have enough crispy chicken 'this time', which is every time. ? still good grub though.

You come home and find out you just paid $55 bucks for a 16 piece meal with only 10 pieces of chicken! kinda upsets the family. So I called and she said I can come back and get the rest of them - well I’m in silver lake which is about 20 minutes away. It’s just uncool. Unhappy and hungry.
