I am giving this Macdonalds a one star review for the simple fact that I asked for buffalo sauce and they did not give me my buffalo sauce?.

I'm not going to get into detail but they need to do better at selecting staff. I would rather be served by slower senior citizens and special needs population and be treated with respect, even if I had to wait longerfor my food, rather than dealing with rude people who slam the drive-thru window on your face!

Use 1500 points to get an ice cream cone through the app. Pulled up to the window and was told the ice cream machine was broken. I asked if they could put my 1500 points back on my account the person said no. Once again the McDonald's ice cream machine is broken.

There is ALWAYS nothing but issues with this McDonald's. From rude employees, rude managers, slow service, always getting orders wrong, upcharging you for drinks you didn't ask to upsize, not giving you sauces, I can go on and on. Today I go and order 2 large fries and get a medium fry in a large box and of course the McChickens are obliterated with mayonnaise. There is a girl who works there who hands you 2 happy meal boxes with her fingers hooked in the holes at the top so that you have to twist your body and use both hands to grab them. If you go inside and order from a kiosk, the employees are so rude when bringing food to your table. There is another girl who works in the cash part of the drive through who is rude when talking to you and actually yelled at me once when I asked for sauce before having to pull in front to wait for food. I know that it's hard to get employees but this is ridiculous. This store needs a major makeover and McDonald's needs to stop allowing this to continue just because you can't get workers. People are getting fed up.

Takes forever to get your food. Milkshakes and ice cream are prepared long before the food is ready, so they have melted before you even leave the parking lot. The food is not prepared the way you order it even when the order is marked the way you ordered it and the sandwiches come with hair in them. Since the remodel of this store, the service and food have gone downhill.

At 29th and Wanamaker I couldn't even get in my full order. Felt rushed off. On 21st and Bell the double quarter pounders are always too salty. But 29th and California has always been great except one time it was 10:29 and I couldn't get chicken nuggets.
