Got our order wrong 2x. They sent their redo (which again, was also wrong. Literally just wanted a cheese pizza.) through door dash and didn't cover tip or allow me to do so, so that poor driver got screwed over. Went to the store after that to give them back their pizzas, just to get store credit only. In case we want to go through that mess again. Fun!

I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in awhile. We had grandkids here and this is what they he asked for. We ordered delivery. It arrived on time, piping HOT and very well made. 2 Meat Lovers-thin crust and original, and a cinnamon sticks. It was delicious. There was so much meat it was falling off our pieces as we ate.

Overall worst service I have ever received from Pizza Hut. Pizza not cooked properly, toppings not evenly spread throughout the Pizza. Some slices didn't even have any meat on them. Ordered a large super supreme pizza. Pizza was not cut evenly. Several very small slices and extremely larged crooked slices.

I see from the reviews that I'm not the only one that gets messed up orders. I got a pizza with the wrong crust and without the extra sauce and undercooked and they offered me a complimentary pizza. When I came in after waiting 50 minutes the server couldn't find the credit in the computer and then neither could the 'manager' , The third manager found the credit but by now the pizza that was sitting on the countertop was no longer hot. Then the pizza did not have the extra sauce AGAIN. I didnt feel like waiting another 20 minutes and they probably would have messed it up anyway so I left without a pizza. Do they not train people or do they hire people that dont know how to read, or do they just not care? Whatever, they lost a customer .

ALL 3 Pizzas were Made wrong, Supposed to be Honey BBQ Wings, I got Hell Fire wings.... driver left the food outside in the rain, didn't knock or ring the bell, and just left it on the porch on the floor and left. I called to ask where my order was, they said it was delivered. That's when I found it outside in the rain. Called back, and they said "Sorry we can't control the weather" Will NEVER go back to this pizza hut again. In my area, I guess that means I won't be going back, the nearest pizza hut is 10 miles away.

One of the worst pizzas we've ever had we ordered three different types of Pisa Pizza and there was hardly anything on the topping the bread was tasteless very disappointed will not go back to Pizza
