The cafe is great food at really excellent pricing. I have done plumbing work in kitchen of cafe, bakery, and the meat department, and without hesitation can say they are kept spotless. The cleanest of any restaurant in Topeka area by far. Good job Sam's Club!
We are driving thru from Omaha to Texas and decided to stop by and get a quick snack and last minute items for the road. The AMAZING associate Rosa at the cafe was so helpful with our order. I have a 2.5 year old son who loves pizza. She went above and beyond to cut the pizza smaller for us. I didn't ask her she did that as top of the line customer service. Thank you so much!!

Went to buy gifts cards through the self checkout. They had tons of sheets on display that you grab to make the purchase. The sheet says to take it to the front, purchase and receive your gift card. I did that and was told they were out and I should have asked first. Not what the sheet said. I asked why they still had sheets out and she didn't know or seem concerned, but said that I'd have to go to customer service to get a refund. Not my fault and I have to go wait in line.
