I was let go during a mental breakdown caused by a mental disability after a member got physical. I've tried contacting a hr representative after being let go to no avail. I was contacted by a current employee saying they could use the help and the manager wanted me to apply with a new email, however my application was rejected... i was discriminated against plain and simple. I've honestly never been more appalled with a business in my life. I've never been more offended by a managers behavior. Kris was not willing to listen nor accommodate for my disability. it is unacceptable with how I was treated. I do not recommend going to this Sam's club if you are disable due to them obviously not caring enough to help an employee with autism.

We had four new tires ordered and installed at Sams Club in Topeka in February 2022. In May 2022, a wheel came completely off while my daughter and her one week old baby were driving to a pediatrician appointment. I am having a lot of trouble getting response from Walmart insurance regarding repair of the vehicle which is not driveable. I also haven't received a sincere response of concern for what could have happened to my family because of their poor work.

I see why you can’t keep workers and have job fairs all the time !!! Because it’s unacceptable for an employee to have an outside of work life ?!!! Wow ! Never work here ! Huge mistake ! They treat u like a dog !

Went to buy gifts cards through the self checkout. They had tons of sheets on display that you grab to make the purchase. The sheet says to take it to the front, purchase and receive your gift card. I did that and was told they were out and I should have asked first. Not what the sheet said. I asked why they still had sheets out and she didn't know or seem concerned, but said that I'd have to go to customer service to get a refund. Not my fault and I have to go wait in line. Clearly they forgot who the customer was. Or didn't care.

Have to give a shout out to the workers at the Topeka Sam's Club. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they open at 0700 for those 60 and older or with health conditions.

The cafe is great food at really excellent pricing. I have done plumbing work in kitchen of cafe, bakery, and the meat department, and without hesitation can say they are kept spotless. The cleanest of any restaurant in Topeka area by far. Good job Sam's Club!

Horrible customer service! Member services was a nightmare. I will spare everyone the details but it's obvious why more and more people are choosing to buy online instead of actually going into the store to be treated as if helping the customers is a nuisance. Get it together Sams!

I had quick service tonight at the check out area. Very polite ladies working the food area tonight. A little bit of a wait in the food area cause two other employees in that area were busy in the freezer area . so one lady was taking orders and getting the good ready by herself . She did a great job considering the stress she was under. She had a line waiting to buy food or drinks .

We are driving thru from Omaha to Texas and decided to stop by and get a quick snack and last minute items for the road. The AMAZING associate Rosa at the cafe was so helpful with our order. I have a 2.5 year old son who loves pizza. She went above and beyond to cut the pizza smaller for us. I didn't ask her she did that as top of the line customer service. Thank you so much!!

For me this is all about being able to use the app to scan your items and check out whenever you feel like it without having to get in line. I love that! Especially on a day when just looking at the checkout lines makes me nauseous. Organic options are marked with green price signs. Makes it easy to spot what I'm looking for. Currently digging their hummus and giant jars of fresh salsa. Also, super exited to get a $4 jar of pickled jalapeños the size of a small dog.
