Ordering ahead in the app is all but useless. I use order ahead apps for other 'fast' food places and it's nice to get in and out because the order is ready when I arrive. At McDonald's they don't start making the order until you arrive. The only 'benefit' is not having to pay at the counter or drive through window. But that's not even worthwhile as it seems that every single time the person on the other end acts as if they have never experienced someone using the app to order.?Maybe...read full review

The food at McDonald's has not improved, nor has it declined. The service has declined because of the new kiosks. It would help if the people there knew a bit about the kiosk and app so that the customer could use them more efficiently. The atmosphere is now more like a sterile hospital cafeteria, not the fun/happy place it used to be.

Talk about a place that can’t do anything right, both mine and my girlfriends burgers were a mess of sauce everywhere but the patty. They weren’t even in a rush or anything. This is sad.
