(my favorite is grapefruit prosecco).“

“Amazing gelato and wonderful staff. My husband and I stopped in (Friday 4/19) and the shop was packed! There was only one guy working and he was still providing amazing customer service. I didn’t catch his name but he was still asking how everyone was, wasn’t complaining about being short staffed, and made our cups to the same quality as when they are full staff. He even praised the shop and said he hoped we come back soon. We will continue to keep coming back for the great gelato and great customer service!“

“Visited after seeing a post about best burgers in KC. For about $12, you can get a double burger and fries. The fries are phenomenal and the burger was outstanding. I like the area, it felt unique for the area. There's limited seating inside and we visited at about 2:30 - they close at 3:00. Place was still full! Clearly a favorite spot. “A surprise find of a little shop I found by googling milkshakes. This was the first instance of the kids getting to see rolled up ice cream in person. The guy doing the chopping and freezing was fast and very skilled. “The atmosphere of the restaurant spelled out authentic Mexican food without overdoing it. Service was quick to sit us down to offer a menu and drinks. What was unique is that they do not give chips and salsa as all other Mexican joints do. They offer chicharon pinwheels with hot sauce which I think made it better and brought my Hispanic childhood back with memory of the heladero (ice cream man). I ordered empanadas that I had never tried with chicken meat, my daughter chose sopes with Al Pastor meat. My wife got tacos with Al Pastor meat too. They both liked their dishes and mine was yummy with both the green sauce and red sauce. I will go back to try other dishes.“

“Today, our homeschool program held a fundraiser here after school. There were only two workers, Nathan, and another young lady in the back. There were over 100 people in line. These two served everyone with a smile. They were friendly and got orders out as quickly as possible. I know they were probably feeling overwhelmed, but they did not show it. I grew up in Kansas and this was always a treat, when I moved away I really missed this popcorn, I could never find another popcorn place like it anywhere I've lived, so I've always ordered it and had it delivered. It truly is the best. The flavors are bold, not just dusted on, but nice and flavorful. The cheese is cheesy, the cinnamon has a little kick, and the Carmel is rich! The best I tell you, the best!
