Personally, I love the lavender honey flavor the best but all of their other flavors are phenomenal as well. Every time that we have gone, it’s been close to their closing time, but everyone has been kind and welcoming. Definitely check out this hidden gem!“
“Okay, so I'm a biscuits and gravy connoisseur. I've eaten them all over the United States. There is a proportion of gravy to biscuits that I believe is absolutely right. Too much gravy? Nah. Biscuits too big or too small or obviously "shot out of a can"? Nah. When you finish, there should be no gravy left and no biscuit hanging around begging for more gravy. It's gotta be just right. So until I had the biscuits and gravy at The Borough, my favorites were at The Corner in Riverside, MO. Good proportions, creamy and satisfying. But... the ones at The Borough? Best I've ever had. Lots of sausage, excellent gravy, perfect biscuits. If you haven't had them, go on Wednesday. That's the day! I'll be there, too, enjoying my favorite meal.“
“Go check out their new location. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and have always liked it but it rivaled one of my favs in Overland Park. Tonight they blew them out of the water. They have definitely been putting their all into the not only the restaurant but the food too and I could definitely tell. Best meal I’ve had in a while. “This place was very busy when I went in. I had a limited budget and everything looks so good. I couldn’t make up my mind very well, and when I thought I had it made up, I would ask the girl to change the order she had to redo it a couple times. “WOW!!!— the BlackBerry Cobbler and Apple Cider Honeycomb are unbelievable. As in I had the Blackberry Cobbler yesterday and got myself off my couch to walk in the drizzling rain the NEXT DAY to make sure I got some more before it left the menu. The ice cream scene in KC is heating up, but with flavors like this I am sure to go out of my way to visit… just fantastic. Great, friendly service and branding.“

I was shocked to see what’s in these.It would be immoral to even fed these to anyone we know after learning about what they’re allowed to add to them.Very yummy but very disappointed about the:Titanium dioxide which has genotoxic effects. This means that it has the ability to damage DNA, leading to cancer.Red 3 which is banned in California & pending in NY (also banned in Europe).BHA which is an endocrine disrupter (think hormone problems or early puberty).TBHQ which negatively affects “T-cells” in the body (which are generally used to fight infections) in a way that promotes allergies to tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat and shellfish.I could continue sadly because there are many many more of their ingredients that are alarmingly questionable.I hope corporate decides to move towards healthy ingredients because I would love to come back if these and several other ingredients can be removed. I want cookies, not body disrupting chemicals to feed my family.For the price point, these cookies shouldn’t be flat out detrimental to every aspect of human health.“
“A surprise find of a little shop I found by googling milkshakes. This was the first instance of the kids getting to see rolled up ice cream in person. The guy doing the chopping and freezing was fast and very skilled. It was pretty much a show with the ice cream.The lady working the till was excellent too, giving the kids plenty of chances order on their own.Overall a 10 out of 10 experience. I think I will be treating the kids to it again.“

“My first impression was how clean it was - no napkins on the floor, straws, etc. and my order was immediately taken, made correctly (only cheese and ketchup on the burger), and the milkshake was out to me within a few minutes. This type of service is needed when you are on lunch break and need to be back soon. I'll definitely be back.“

“This place is the bee's knees! The person at the counter (who I think might have been the owner?) was super nice, very patient, and accommodating to what we wanted to order and try! The shaved ice had tons of syrup in it, which I love, and all of the ice cream flavors I tried were delicious! Shoutout to the cereal milk flavor in particular. It's also got a really neat, 50s-style retro decorating scheme reminiscent of Miami itself. It's honestly just a really cool place! We'll definitely be back!“
“I've heard from several places that this place has really good cookies. So when I was in this area, I had to try them since I am a cookie lover. I think I got there soon after opening, so my cookies were fresh. I had 4 different kinds as seen in the photo. My thoughts...they were good. But not great. They failed to meet the hype. I don't think they are anything special. They really aren't much better than premade cookie dough you can buy at a grocery store. I could honestly make homemade cookies myself that are just as good, if not better, than these. At nearly $3 per cookie, these are no where near worth it. Again, they were good cookies. But they are nothing special and definitely not worth the price.“
“Update the next day: This establishment has redeemed itself. I got a jackhammer with strawberries and cheesecake. Every bite had cheesecake! It was soooooo good!_______________________________From out of town, I saw a few of these around, so we decided to stop and taste the custard. I ordered waffle concrete, which comes with chocolate chips, waffle pieces, and nuts. I felt like it would be even better if I added the cheesecake. Sadly, I received oreo cookies instead. It was good, but not Wisconsin good. I love going to Wisconsin to Leon's custard. I would visit again, though.“

On Tuesday I was taken with funding an ice cream truck for an event on Thursday and was skeptical about the sorry notice but Tasty Unicorn responded immediately and was available. Everyone enjoyed the delicious ice cream, their truck, and the service was incredible. They were able to serve about 225 people in a little over an hour. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future.“
“I've been coming here since I was in high school. If you love custard, this is a place you must check out. There are a variety of flavors to mix in. They also have ice cream too. They are located in brookside. Highly recommend going to dinner at one of the many restaurants in Brookside and then swing by here for dessert. I went on Saturday at 1:30pm and it's 100 degrees outside so this place was busy. But definitely worth the short wait.“

“This is a newer location of dairy queen in a great location. It's in the parking lot of the old mall turned shopping area. It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot. There's a lot of handicap accessible parking. The entrance and restaurant is also accessible. The food is good and service is usually pretty good as well.“

I grew up in Kansas and this was always a treat, when I moved away I really missed this popcorn, I could never find another popcorn place like it anywhere I've lived, so I've always ordered it and had it delivered. It truly is the best. The flavors are bold, not just dusted on, but nice and flavorful. The cheese is cheesy, the cinnamon has a little kick, and the Carmel is rich! The best I tell you, the best! And I love the cute tins. I use them for storage when I'm through with the popcorn.“
