If you are in need of a boost try their Teas! They have the most wonderful flavors. The staff is Amazing so this makes it a 5 star stop for the mornings. Not to forget the shakes... So much flavor in a up and it is a healthy treat!
Absolutely love this place!! I stop in almost every morning before work ? The team is fantastic and friendly, and knowledgeable of their products. They literally have something for everyone.. even kids!

I absolutely love their protein shakes and energy teas! I've been going to 316 since they've opened and I visit weekly! It's not just a place to get a drink, it's a community. I enjoy seeing and talking to all the people I've met visiting 316 over the years. They have friendly and helpful service and the owners are wonderful! I highly encourage you to check them out!
