Huevos Rancheros guisado style!!! Yummmmm! I was pleasantly surprised by my breakfast as this style is more typical to South Texas. A very good soupy style sauce with eggs perfectly cooked. Next time I order, I want to get a side of chorizo to complete my taste experience!
They are very nice they speak both English and Spanish I just buy their Tortilla's which are delicious but I am certain that their food is just as good. I would recommend anyone that would like a wholesome meal to go and take a look for themselves I'm pretty sure you won't regret it.

A new Gordita spot for me in Wichita. Gorditas are light and fluffy. Much bigger size than others This place is a tortillia as well and it appears they make the table chips with them. Very flakey chips. Nice green salsa serve with the chips. Have never had menudo that I liked until today, very tasty menudo.
