Couldn't call in order because system was down. Ordered for pick up at 6:40p.m. arrived at 6:35. No one at counter upon arrival. When staff came to assist (to answer ringing phone) I was told it would be about 15 minutes, I understand this seems like an insignificant wait but when you have a family counting on you and you order something with a time on it a customer should be able to count on that. Waitress didn't even get our order to the kitchen. We sat waiting for our appetizers for 30 minutes and another 30 for our meal. The food and drinks weren't even that good. Barely any sauce on the wings, burnt fries, too much salt on the chips, and the sodas were not mixed well enough to even be enjoyed. This was not during rush hour, mind you. Food was great, service was even better. Had a large party of unruly kids from a sporting event, got all the orders put in, brought out, and ensured quality without any hiccups. I've eaten at a ton of BWW's and this one is by far the best experience I've had. Great job!
