Hey staff was amazing considering there was only two of them for all the stuff that they had to go through five birthdays or more tonight and only two employees they were running their butts off granite it did take almost 3 hours for a pizza in a 10 piece of wings staff was amazing though I was very upset with how long it took but I totally understood usually don't have any problems just really need more staff
**update** I had rated the experience as 2 stars. When we were redeeming tickets I wanted to let the manager know that they had a bunch of games down. His name was Jeremy and he did a fantastic job showing that he genuinely cared and offered us some credit for next time. I didn't ask for anything or expect that so it was really appreciated. Changed to 5 stars bc of the people.We paid for two cards with 60 minutes of unlimited play ($62). I counted 11 games that didn't work at...read full review

Went for the first time since it had been remodeled and received the absolute best customer service! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and my son had so much fun playing the new games! Definitely will be returning!
