“This is my first time writing a review, but Maple Street Pizza certainly deserves one. We have ordered their pizza on multiple occasions and it has consistently been delicious. It is my favorite pizza place. Unfortunately, when we placed a carry-out order tonight and arrived home, we discovered that we had received the wrong order. I contacted the restaurant and they promptly offered to remake our order and even deliver it to our house! Even though they don't usually offer delivery service. We were all very impressed, and the staff was very apologetic and so accommodating. i couldnt say enough good things about Maple Street. They went above and beyond to make things right and made some very happy customers.“
“what an incredible night prepared for us by Chef Josh and Alicia. I contacted them to see if a tasting menu was possible. Last night we had a amazing 7 course meal with wine pairings. I highly recommend this restaurant. Every employee has love and passion for food❤️“
“Excellent! All around. It can get a bit noisy when it’s a full house but the that is drowned out when you receive your drinks and food. Try the old fashioned! All the sandwiches we have tried, which I believe now is almost all of them, are so good. The fries and Mac and Cheese phenomenal. Service has always been fantastic.“
“Went in today for the first time. It was amazing. The Mac and cheese with fried chicken was delicious and my friend got the Mac and cheese with Nashville Hot Chicken - which was enjoyed. The staff was amazing from the very moment I walked in; the gentleman said I appeared lost and wanted to know if I was looking for someone. Both him and the other female server waited our table; I’ve never had such attentive servers in previous restaurants. Will definitely return“
“This place was amazing! Food and staff were amazing! Building was awesome. The only thing it needs as it is a dining establishment is a baby changing station somewhere. Went around noon with husband and 5 month old and there was nowhere to change him. I had to either lay him on the floor or change him in the car. Other than that it was a great place for a quick bite.“
“The owners puts some thought on keeping this place fun. It has a nice dance floor and live bands play regularly. It has a nice patio with heater and stays fairly warm in the winter. Summer time the patio is more open to allow a nice breeze. Pool tables, good music and friendly staff.I highly recommend it.“
“Ordered brunch from Magnolia Cafe for the first time today, and I have nothing else to say besides “absolutely fire.” I ordered the Shrimp & Grits that comes with andouille sausage and has this cheesy, creamy sun dried tomato sauce on it and wooooow, SO GOOD. I usually avoid ordering grits from any restaurant but this place knows exactly what they doing and how they doin it. Definitely a place to try!“
“Nice little place to take friends or a date and have a nice chill night to enjoy some drinks and good company. They had live music when we went and it was entertaining. The drinks were fantastic and had a lot of showmanship to them. Would definitely go back.“
“Was an impromptu stop and had a blast. Owner was wonderful and very welcoming and accommodating!!! We had the best time. Head out to the old annex at harry and woodlawn and show them some love. He makes his own pickles that are delish and infuses vodka. YUM!!!“
“Crowded, but can't expect anything less for a Saturday night. I do wish the layout was better, hard to form lines to get drinks with the dancing poles directly in front of the bar. The bartenders are awesome! I will say the drinks are pricey, but I have no other establishment to compare the prices with, so I'm not sure if they are fairly priced for the downtown bar scene.“

“This was our first time at The Sweet Spot. We attended with a large party to celebrate a Birthday. It took a long time to order food, and at least 45 minutes to get the food. My husband ordered prime rib, and lobster tail and I ordered one of the steaks. The presentation as you can see In pictures was beautiful. However, my husband’s steak was not warm when it came out. When they took it back to warm up, it came out overdone. The food was good, but not great, or better than we have had at other places in Wichita and definitely for less money. For 2 of us it was over $200, and no compensation offered on my husbands prime rib. We don’t intend to return due to experience and the value for the quality of food. However still recommend for others to try, maybe your experience would be better if smaller party, or don’t mind the $$$.“
“What a cute place! We went for their special Margarita Towers. Service was REALLY slow and it took a long time to get our orders taken. That being said, we could tell that there were only a couple servers and they were scrambling to help everyone. The food, when we got it, was amazing. No one at the table had any complaints about it.After we had checked out, the owner (?) Came and apologized for all the waiting and explained that since opening in the Summer they had lost their servers. They asked us to give them another chance, which we will. The food is worth it! Just go and be patient and enjoy the chips and salsa while you wait! ?“
“Larisa was amazing not only with us, but juggled multiple large parties well. And was incredibly patient and respectful to the entitled Karen next to us who was incredibly unreasonable and didn’t deserve half the respect that she got. My compliments to her.“
“Morts is one of the top 5 local haunts. I'm OBSESSED with the Purple Haze. Live music on the patio is always such a vibe. The menu is so extensive you can just close your eyes, whirl a finger around and stop on a drink to try something new. The servers and bartenders are always so sweet. 10/10 would recommend to out of towners and locals alike.“
