Dog N Shake holds a special place in my heart. I’ve eaten it my whole life. It reminds me of family. This is my favorite location. I used to live close by so went a lot. I've been going to the location on S Hillside since the 1970s (when it was a tiny little building on the corner). I love the dogs, burgers, and fries - great taste and the butter-toasted buns are a treat over other restaurants' plain buns. The shakes taste good but are pretty thick to drink through a straw. It's a great place for burgers. The service was great and the people were friendly. As a lifetime resident of Wichita I was a child close to the original walk up burger bar on Seneca. They bring back memories as they still taste just as good as back in the 60s.
