Once I received my donuts they were VERY fresh. Three days later, the cake donuts were still good. This will be my new goto donuts place.“

“By far the best donuts you’ll find. They open at 430 & I’m bringing some to some friends this morning & I know they’ll be pleasantly surprised. They are so soft because they are made so fresh every morning. The maple doughnut with the little nuts on them are my favorite. Obviously Wichita’s best donut, they’re just not well known & aren’t “trendy”. I prefer well-made donuts over donuts with Oreo crumbs and gumballs and candy any day.“
“Stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday morning while in town. I saw this listed as a place to visit while in Wichita, so we hopped in an Uber and headed over. Interested building in a former industrial area - upon walking in - several pinball tables and pool table, with the donut area located in the back. The staff was friendly and took our drink and donut order, explaining the donuts we asked about. We ordered a dozen to split and try. I will detail and score each below: Chocolate-covered Blueberry: moist base donut with blueberry and chocolate swirl glaze. Very good mix of flavors - 8.2/10 Chunky Monkey: Marble donut covered in banana glaze and chocolate. This was probably the best one I tried even though I'm not a banana guy usually. - 9.2/10 Chocolate glazed: I should have gotten the triple chocolate as this one hard regular vanilla base cake - good though - 7.2/10 Cherry Bomb: Cherry donut, cream glaze and cherry pop rocks. Good - tart but good - 7.4/10 Lemonade: Light donut, white lemon cream covering. Overall very very good - 8.9/10 Cereal Bowl: Cream glaze topped with fruity pebbles. Standard - 7.2/10 Orange Cream: cream glaze with orange additions to the top - bright donut with some zing - 7.5/10 Strawberry Cheesecake: cream cheese glaze with crumbs and strawberry drizzle. Very good - 8.7/10 Banana: Standard donut with banana glaze. Too much banana for me - 6.3/10“
“I’ve loved Winchell’s Apple fritter since I was a little kid. I still get one every so often because they were the best Apple fritter in the entire world… until just recently. They aren’t the same as they once were and it makes me sooo sad!! I mean it was pretty good but not great and didn’t have the same special flavor and texture. I hope it’s not gone forever cuz you haven’t lived until you had one of the OG Winchells apple fritter. Please bring it back.“
“Wow, donuts are sooooo good! Apple fritter was one of the best I have ever had. Coffee was ok, not amazing. Service was decent. Has a modern sleek look to that I was not expecting in a donut shop! 5 stars for the donuts, 3 for the coffee = 4 stars overall.“
“The cashier never took the gloves off, not whilr hands were inside coffee cups not while fixing bonnet & mouth/ear piece mot while cleaning both eyes, not while getting donuts for others.Don't be so cheap --- tell your workers to CHANGE THEIR GLOVES“
“This place is wildly overpriced, however... I've gotta hand it to them. The doughnuts are varied and delicious. The building itself is clean and well equipped to handle a pretty decent number of customers all at once. And the staff working here seemed genuinely concerned about your experience. I had a tough time tipping because the manager's assortment was over 30$ for a dozen doughnuts, but at the end of the day, everyone really enjoyed the food they received.“
“We ordered 100 donuts for my daughter's birthday brunch and it was such a hit with everyone at the party! I personally like to have a little bit of everything and these were perfect for that. We enjoyed all the flavors and our guests really liked the maple bacon, cinnamon roll, and puppy chow. We will definitely be back for more. Great service too!“
