Place wasn’t even open and has weird hours. I remember it being open all week in the past. Ice cream is okay but certainly not worth the price that you pay. I get that you pay for the experience of the employees preparing the ice cream in front of you, but it is such an awkward experience especially if you don’t feel like screaming your order to the employee when the building packed. The New Market location closed and I feel this one is up next.
A perfect day for frozen ice cream. Came on Saturday's afternoon and it was busy. There's a weird smell to the place but I'm guessing it could be coming from the dairy smell. Service was okay. Staff are young and working hard to get things going. I will come back to try more flavors.

Busy place. There used to be a location out west near us but it’s not open anymore. So we go out to the East side with the kiddos on occasion and enjoy this frozen rolled ice cream adventure! There are so many options and variables to put together a desirable little bowl of happiness. The employees work hard and constantly have to make each order by hand.
